TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring or engaging with T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC and are binding upon both parties once a quote is approved or work commences.

2. Services Provided

T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC offers residential and commercial landscaping services including, but not limited to:

Pavers

Patios

Walkways

Driveways

Retaining Walls

Stone Design

All services will be delivered in a professional and timely manner in accordance with industry standards.

3. Quotes & Payments

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

A deposit may be required before services begin, depending on the scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise specified in writing.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% per month.

Accepted payment methods: cash, check, and select electronic transfers.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide access to the property on scheduled service dates.

Keep pets and children away from the work area.

Ensure clear communication regarding property boundaries and service expectations.

Notify us of underground utilities or irrigation systems;

T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC is not liable for damages to unmarked lines.

6. Property & Liability

T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC will take reasonable care to avoid damage during services.

We are not responsible for damages caused by hidden hazards, poor ground conditions, or pre-existing damage.

The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

7. Weather & Delays

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients will be notified as soon as possible and rescheduling will be coordinated promptly.

8. Warranties & Satisfaction

We stand by our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 5 days of service completion.

Warranty on plants and materials may vary and will be outlined in the service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. The client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Middlesex County, NJ.

12. Amendments

T&F FIRST LANDSCAPING LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of any material changes.
